A XUNTANG line is designed, built and commissioned as a single system — from impact extrusion of the aluminium slug through to automatic cartoning of the finished tube. Two formats cover the full Ø 13.5–35 mm range.

Line speed of 80–90 pcs/min (up to 95 on the small format) is a planning reference, not a contractual guarantee — actual throughput depends on tube size, artwork, coating and factory conditions.

Standard configuration
The 16-station layout.
The standard line adds buffer accumulators and polymerization ovens between the core machines, so tubes are cooled, buffered and cured at the right pace. The press is JA05 on the small-format line and JA06 on the large-format line.
