How it works

Equipment description

The capping station is a key step of aluminium tube production — only tubes that have finished printing and leak testing reach it. The machine automatically feeds plastic caps, aligns them with the tube necks and screws them on with fixed torque for stable assembly. This fully automatic operation guarantees consistent sealing quality.

Where it sits in the line

← STEP 09 Leak Detector Continuous airtight testing sorts out micro-leaks without slowing the line. STEP 11 → Latexing (Tail Sealing) Machine Applies an even sealant ring to the tube tail for a firm, leakproof end seal.
