How it works

Equipment description

Two buffer accumulators are fitted in the inner-coating section — one between the annealing furnace and the inner coater, the other between the curing oven and the base coater. They cool and temporarily store aluminium tubes during continuous operation to balance the processing speed of the upstream and downstream procedures.

Where it sits in the line

← STEP 03 Annealing Oven Relieves work-hardening stress and burns off lubricant for reliable coating adhesion. STEP 05 → Internal Coating Machine Servo-positioned spray lines the tube interior with a chemically stable protective film.
