How it works

Equipment description

A layer of dedicated base-coat ink is applied to the outer surface of the tube body. Through thermal curing the base coat forms a uniform, firmly adhered layer on the aluminium substrate. It fully covers the metallic colour of the tube and provides an excellent printing ground for the following printing process, ensuring the clarity and adhesion of the printed pattern.
