Machines in a complete aluminium tube line

Which machines are included in a complete collapsible aluminium tube line?

A complete XUNTANG collapsible aluminium tube line includes extrusion press, trimming and threading machine, annealing oven, buffer accumulator, internal coating machine, curing oven, base coating machine, printing machine, leak detector, capping machine, latexing or tail sealing machine and packing machine. These stations work together as an integrated production process from aluminium slug to finished packed tube.

Why are buffer accumulators used in the line?

Buffer accumulators help synchronize machine stations and reduce the impact of short stops or speed differences between processes. In a complete aluminium tube line, they support more stable operation between forming, heat treatment, coating, printing and packing stages. Final accumulator configuration should be confirmed according to line speed and workshop layout.

Which station affects tube decoration quality most?

Tube decoration quality is affected by base coating, printing, curing and handling stability. The printing machine is responsible for artwork transfer, but stable upstream coating and downstream curing are also important. Buyers should confirm print colours, artwork requirements, coating process and curing conditions before selecting the final line configuration.
