Internal Coating Machine

How it works

Equipment description

Special coating is sprayed onto the inner walls of annealed aluminium tubes and cured in an oven to create a stable protective film. It insulates the media from the aluminium substrate, avoids chemical reactions and delivers lasting chemical resistance.

Where it sits in the line

← STEP 04 Buffer Accumulator Cools and buffers tubes on-line to synchronise upstream and downstream pace. STEP 06 → Curing Oven Suspended oven cures the internal coating with precise, uniform heat.
